A ‘Botched Abortion’ Is the Birth of a Child.

All 210 Democrats in the House of Representatives voted to allow babies to die of indifference and neglect in the moments after their birth. The unanimous voice of Hakeem Jeffries’ Democrat caucus was that mothers and doctors should not be obliged to provide medical attention to an “survivor” after a so-called “botched abortion”.

A “botched abortion.”

Think about that term for a moment. What happens when you “botch” an abortion? What is the result of a “botched abortion”? What happens when an abortion goes “wrong”?

A baby is born. A baby is born, alive.

A “botched abortion” is also known as “child birth”.

‘The Right to Build Families Act’ will protect the US IVF industry.

“The Right to Build Families Act”, introduced into the US Senate late last year, has flown under the radar but it promises to spark bioethical debates in 2023.

The legislation is intended to protect providers of assisted reproduction technologies and their clients in the wake of Dobbs, the US Supreme Court decision which overturned Roe v. Wade. IVF clinics are worried that anti-abortion states could try to restrict IVF as well. Read more

Dependence on the internet is harming the youngest generation.

Given the ubiquity of WiFi and the proliferation of smartphones with advanced computing capability, it’s easy to forget that this online lifestyle is an unprecedented social experiment. Human civilization is roughly 6,000 years old, and there is no historical analogue for mass disembodiment. We have no clue what this dependence on technology means or how it ends. Read more

Making fewer babies: the demographic decline.

The world’s population may have shot up beyond eight billion for the first time recently, but some countries including the most populous, China, are seeing their populations shrink.

And the decline is set to continue as factors including rising living costs, more women entering the workforce and having children later mean people in some countries are having fewer babies. Read more

Finding Help For A Grieving Mother: PRI To The Rescue.

In most Latin American countries, there are no care protocols to deal with this affliction, medically known as perinatal bereavement (sharing the sorrow of a lost newborn child). In most instances, there is no medical care available for those mothers and families who have experienced the loss of their unborn or newborn child. As a result, many mothers have to deal with the avalanche of emotions in helpless solitude. Read more

Children in our society are suffering deeply from widespread fatherlessness.

Although I strongly believe involved fathers fulfill an irreplaceable social role both within families and in a civilized society, I was nevertheless shocked to learn a confirming fact for my views from Jack Brewer’s appearance on the December 17 show “Unfiltered with Dan Bongino.” Brewer, an African-American former professional football player, said, “82 percent of those who commit mass shootings don’t have fathers in their lives.”

A plethora of other data and research Brewer highlights in his report sets forth additional negative effects for the nearly 9 million American children with absent fathers. Brewer concludes, “children from fatherless homes fare far worse in metrics of overall well-being and mental and behavioral health.” Read more

LGBT Activist: Conservatives Are ‘Launching a Culture War Against Our Kids’.

Facing mounting backlash from parents over decades of pressuring public school administrators to mainstream explicit sexuality and transgender ideology in the classroom, the LGBT lobby is increasingly turning to a new tactic: blaming the victim. Parents who would rather discuss sensitive topics such as sex, the definition of the family, and the number of genders with their children personally are “launching a culture war,” said the leader of the nation’s largest LGBTQ lobbying group, which encourages schools to begin teaching gender fluidity in preschool. She added that “it’s essential that we get enough power” to enact her agenda of transgenderism, abortion, and critical race theory nationwide. Read more

Sanctity of Life

Day 2 of World Economic Forum meetings at Davos proves abortion is key part of globalist agenda.

Naturally, the panelists never talked about women being happy or fulfilled; rather, the focus was solely on women entering the workforce and increasing the number of women in management positions. We have to “use more women in the labor market,” economist Ilan Goldfajn said.

Of course, it is beneficial for corporations to advocate for contraception and abortion, so women stay in the workforce and keep paying taxes to the government instead of having children and raising them at home. Read more

Pope Francis Criticizes Western Sexual Agenda at the UN.

In his annual address to foreign diplomats at the Holy See Pope Francis criticized Western countries and the UN for promoting gender ideology and abortion.

He told the ambassadors that education “requires showing integral respect for the person, and for his or her natural physiognomy, and avoiding the imposition of a novel and confused vision of the human being.” This was an obvious reference to gender ideology as it is currently taught in Western schools, where children are taught that sex is not inherent but assigned at birth and that children can be born in the wrong body. Read more

WHO Demands Radical Abortion Laws Worldwide.

The World Health Organization (WHO), which sees itself—despite its massive failures on the China Virus pandemic front—as the foremost authority on international health, defines abortion as a fundamental human right. It claims that it is an essential means of “self-care.” Its world-renowned “experts” see nothing wrong with abortion being the leading cause of death worldwide. Indeed, they perversely celebrate the killing of the unborn as a win for women and for “sexual reproductive and health rights.” Read more

Religion

The religious persecution on our doorstep.

A recent survey by the Cuba Observatory of Human Rights paints a troubling picture of what life is like for people of faith in Cuba, for whom surveillance, internet censorship and restrictions on travel are regular occurrences. And as testimonies from independent faith leaders documented by the International Republican Institute show, the regime uses intimidation, harassment and arbitrary detention of these leaders to curtail the influence of religious communities. Read more

Federal Agencies Propose Rule to Remove Protections for Faith-Based Businesses and Nonprofits.

Nine federal agencies announced a proposed rule on Friday that would roll back Trump-era protections for faith-based organizations against discrimination by the federal government. The agencies cloak their discrimination in seemingly neutral language, through changes that “really get into the weeds,” as Travis Weber, FRC vice president for Policy and Government Affairs, said on “Washington Watch.” Weber explained the rules “shap[e] the way organizations can freely participate in our cultural marketplace” and roll “back the way in which organizations can participate with the federal government and remain free to their faith.” Read more

Israel’s changing population and politics.

The ultra-Orthodox population is growing quickly. Haredi families have an average of about seven children, compared with just three in the general population and two among secular Jews. According to a recent study of the Israel Democracy Institute, the ultra-Orthodox sector constitutes 13.5 percent of Israel’s population today and will rise to 16 percent by the end of the decade, with further increases expected. They already constitute about a quarter of all Jewish pupils in Israel’s schools today. Read more

How the LA Zoo is sexualizing kids with ‘family friendly’ drag shows.

The “Drag Show” phenomenon—in which adult men dress up in scantily clad women’s clothing, gaudy makeup, and often wear female prosthetics to mimic women—has evolved past adult night clubs and forced its way into children’s spaces under the guise of “family-friendly” events. Despite what the hosts of these events would have you believe, there is nothing family-friendly about them. Simply put, they are glorified strip shows and they are giving your kids a front row seat to watch. Read more

The United Nations’ Misguided Views of Sex, Health, and Happiness.

On World Sexual Health Day (September 4th), the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) made a statement that reads like the gospel of modern sexual ideology. In four hundred words, it captured all the mainstream instincts about sex: identity and sexual expression, self-care and self-actualization, bodily autonomy, and freedom from having unwanted children via access to birth control and abortion; all while decrying the twin bogeymen of “stigma” and “discrimination.” Read more

America Is ‘Most Permissive Country’ for Sex Change Surgeries, Study Reveals.

Minors in the U.S. have more access to transgender surgeries and treatments than any European country, according to a newly released study.

Researchers with Do No Harm analyzed laws in Europe and America and found minors in the U.S. can more easily obtain puberty blockers, hormonal therapies, and sex-change surgeries than youths in European countries.

Dr. William Malone, a board-certified endocrinologist, said America’s political environment makes it more difficult for doctors to criticize the use of unproven, off-label, and potentially risky medical interventions with many fearing political or societal condemnation. Read more
