Can the West Impose a Human Right to Abortion and Homosexuality?

In a public but unguarded moment on Friday at the UN, U.S. Ambassador Jeffrey DeLaurentis sidled up to abortion and LGBT lobbyists sitting in the UN gallery and told them that the document about to pass the General Assembly would add to a “customary international right” to abortion, homosexuality, and transgenderism.

Moments later, he took the podium before the gathered UN Member States and said the opposite. He said the resolution under discussion had no legal implications.

Such is the frequent lack of honesty in the UN debate, especially among the Western powers that seek to advance radical social policies and are therefore required to try and fool more conservative UN Member States.

Marriage/Family

Thousands in Tabasco protest against laws threatening “freedoms, life and family”.

During the march, slogans were raised against the imposition by state authorities and legislators of laws that violate the right of parents to educate their children. They called politicians not to pass initiatives that “threaten rights, life and family”.

“The state of Tabasco should not get involved in this misguided course that our nation is taking, we ask our congressmen to protect life, family and liberties. Freedoms and rights are not granted, they are only recognised by the state. Congressmen, understand, life must be defended!” Read more

Mississippi Report on Fatherlessness Highlights Need for Increased Emphasis on Marriage.

A recently released report from the state government of Mississippi underscored that hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars are being squandered on government programs that could have been avoided if more fathers were present in their children’s lives. The report reflects a decades-long pattern of social science data that points to how closely marriage and religious practice are to positive social outcomes for their children, experts say. Read more

The Transgender Movement Isn’t Just Targeting Kids, It’s Targeting Families.

The point of the indoctrination isn’t only to create more “gender-nonconforming” students. It’s to break down family structures and parental authority. The goal isn’t simply to teach and encourage transgenderism in our schools. It’s to lay claim to the students themselves, over and against their parents and families, for purposes that go far beyond the promotion of gender identity. After all, you can’t very well reshape society according to your utopian vision if something as solid as a family is standing in the way. Read more

Parenting/Parental Rights

A PARENT’S GUIDE TO RADICAL GENDER THEORY.

Radical gender theory is a catch-all term for academic queer theory, transgender ideology, and gender identity activism. The premise of this ideology is that sex and gender are socially constructed—that is, they are human inventions used as instruments of power, rather than features of objective reality. Read more

New Company Will Secretly Sell Abortion Pills to Girls Without Parental Consent.

This week, Choix rolled out the new “service,” selling abortion pills through the mail to keep at home in case a woman gets pregnant. The business limits the pills to one per customer and only sells them in states where abortions are legal, according to Bloomberg. It charges between $175 and $289.

According to the website, the purchaser just needs to fill out a 5-minute questionnaire and a few forms and then text with a “provider” (not necessarily a doctor) to obtain the abortion drugs.

The company also promises to sell abortion pills to girls as young as 15 – without their parents’ knowledge or consent. Read more

Four ‘Social And Emotional Learning’ Programs That Won’t Corrupt Your Child.

What’s the big deal about “social and emotional learning” programs being implemented in schools worldwide and why are so many parents and educators upset about this?

The problems are essentially five-fold:

First, systemic SEL shifts the school focus from academics to social skills.

Second, the definition of “social skills” is malleable and increasingly synonymous with “instilling pluralistic thinking” in children.

Third, SEL displaces parents as the primary transmitters of children’s values. Read more

Nigeria Leads Fight Against Abortion at the UN.

Nigeria stood up to the United States and the European Union in a heated debate about abortion in the General Assembly on Friday.“Each country should decide its abortion laws at the national level without external interference,” decried a Nigerian delegate during a General Assembly debate on access to justice for victims of sexual violence. “Countries should help women avoid abortion and provide mothers and their children with health-care and social support,” he added, citing past UN agreements. Read more

Abortion Is Not Health Care, Anywhere.

Abortion activist politicians want Americans to accept abortion as health care — not just here at home but in every country around the world, irrespective of the country’s own values and beliefs on the topic. In fact, they’re actively attempting to pass the “Abortion is Health Care Everywhere Act” for just this reason.

But abortion isn’t health care, anywhere. Intentionally ending innocent lives is not — and has never been — an acceptable outcome for “health” care. Read more

Planned Parenthood Isn’t On The Way Out, It’s Transitioning To Gender-Bending.

It is worth noting that America’s largest abortion business, Planned Parenthood, is not going anywhere. Consider this: According to NPR, since the Dobbs v. Jackson decision in June, no Planned Parenthood locations have closed. Their evolving business still relates to sex, but not always in ways you might think.

Planned Parenthood has found something besides abortion to sell. Few people realize that, nationally, “Planned Parenthood is the second largest provider of hormone therapy” for “transgender and gender non-conforming patients,” it reports. Read more
