District 49 felt a lawsuit was necessary after it adopted rules last year requiring all school sports teams to be divided by biological sex. District 49 Superintendent Peter Hilts, said he made clear rules on biology for his school district after he noticed more incidents of men trying to compete as women around the country.

Kirralie Smith, an Australian women’s rights advocate, has been ordered by a New South Wales court to pay $95,000 AUD (over $63,000 USD) to two trans-identifying men for the crime of “unlawfully vilifying” them by correctly referring to them as male.

Girlguiding, the UK’s major youth organisation for girls, has announced that it will no longer allow transgender girls to join as new members. The decision, effective December 2, 2025, limits membership to “girls and young women” as defined by biological sex under the law. Although current youth members and existing volunteer roles are unaffected, the change marks a clear break from the trans-inclusive policy adopted in 2017.

A traditional gender activist group has been fined in Australia for the “vilification” of two transgender-identifying males who competed in women’s sports. The Binary Australia advocacy group was found guilty in August of identifying the athletes and exposing them to ridicule and hatred from critics of the transgender agenda.

Starting on Dec. 4, a new Texas law prohibiting men from entering women’s restrooms will go into effect. Senate Bill 8 (SB 8), also known as the Texas Women’s Privacy Act, will apply to bathroom and changing room facilities in public schools, universities and other buildings across the Lone Star State.
